SURFING
Take advantage of the unbelievable opportunity to learn to surf in Hawaii, where surfing was originally born as the "Sport of Kings". Called he'e nalu, or "wave-sliding" in those days, early Hawaiians surfed on 15 foot hardwood planks. Today the face of surfing has changed (and the equipment has improved!) but Maui's gentle rolling swells and warm waters are still the perfect place to get your feet wet, refine your skills, or just SURF, Brah.
