A combination platter of gourmet appetizers served individually to each guest, including: Spicy Crab Cake with sweet chili plum sauce, Coconut Battered Shrimps with a ponzu dipping sauce, Chicken Satay with Thai peanut sauce, Kalua Pork Tostada with a pineapple-mango salsa served on a bed of local Kula greens.
