Fresh Tossed Garden Salad with Island Style Dressing served tableside with freshly Baked Taro Rolls and Macadamia Nut Butter. Kalua Roast Pork, Grilled Sirloin Steak, Chicken Long Rice, POI, Ahi Poke (marinated raw Ahi Tuna), Island Style Chicken, Lau Lau (Pork wrapped in Luau Leaf steamed to perfection), Maui Style Mahi-Mahi stuffed with Crab & Shrimp topped with a Macadamia Nut Glaze. Big Island Sweet Potato, Stir Fry Vegetables, Local Style Fried Rice, Island Crab Salad, Taro Leaf Salad with Coconut Sauce, Pahole Salad (fern shoots), Lomi Lomi Salmon (Salmon mixed with tomatoes and onions)Fresh Fruits, Banana Bread, Haupia.
